Welyou Premium Offices is an exclusive office building in Ningbo's High Tech District. I was lucky to meet owner Terry Xu in the early stages of the project. I worked closely with Terry and his team on many aspects of the project, from branding the canteen, private restaurant, cafe (Link Lounge) office building, gym, art gallery and their classy music school Touching Music. I created custom signage and wayfinding for the entire facility and worked alongside architects and interior designers to design all 12 floors of the tower.
This project spanned many years and I am still managing several of the brands within the Welyou Property management portfolio. I was also lucky to get the opportunity to create a full branding system for Welyou. I worked with a large number of suppliers to source uniforms, signage, lighting, furniture, carpets and many custom objects.
